The Executive Management has the following key responsibilities:
- To implement the strategies and policies agreed by the Supervisory Committee
- To report quarterly to the Supervisory Committee and annually to the General Assembly
- To manage the day-to-day business of Interpret Europe
The activities of the Executive Management are generally based on an annual Management Plan derived from Interpret Europe's strategic goals. Reporting is based on this plan.
The managing directors authorise coordinators to undertake tasks on their behalf. Interpret Europe is currently managed by two directors and 15 coordinators who all have their own teams:
