Apply for a scholarship!
If you would like to take part in the conference but ... can’t afford it and are not eligible for Grundtvig support then perhaps we can help.
We are very happy to offer two places at the conference, especially to young colleagues and those from the Eastern European countries. This is as a result of the successful auction at last year's conference in Freiburg. The scholarship covers the cost of the conference fee. You will need to arrange and pay for your own accommodation.
If you would like to apply for one of the two scholarships, please send us a few lines about yourself, your involvement in interpretation and how attending the conference would help you in your career, to mail@interpret-europe.net. Our committee will decide on the applications that arrive by 15 March 2012.
Cancellation rules
We guarantee free cancellation until two weeks before the conference begins. Cancellations must be made either through email or in writing by 5 May 2012.
A non refundable processing fee of 50 € will be assessed after 5 May.
Please understand that no refunds at all can be given after 16 May 2012. (We recommend you consider a travel insurance that covers fees in case of any need for late cancellation).
